In-house Training

By training at our in-house facilities your coworkers will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge theoretically and practically while new hires profit from meeting with experienced colleagues and a chance to adjust to shipboard life.

All our training material is available printed and online or offline eLearning modules. All of which are available in more than ten languages in order to enable your coworkers to easily follow training sessions in their mother tongue. Of course, we are able to customize all items as per your company’s standards and assist you with content management and design.

We cooperate with international hotel management schools that use our training material. We offer exchange programs for their students, which can also lead to an employment contract with us or our partner companies.

Assessment Center

In addition to our training material, we offer industry relevant assessment and personality tests. All of which are available in more than ten languages in order to enable your personnel to easily answer test questions in their mother tongue.

Safety Training

In cooperation with Heat Düsseldorf, we offer various safety-related training courses and the corresponding official certifications. Your employees refresh their knowledge, learn new skills and receive the necessary certificates to perform their jobs. The correct behavior in emergency situations and the correct assessment of them, is simulated by our trainers in various situations.

Our training material on hygiene and sanitation procedures contains sessions about local regulations, basic hygiene of buildings, personal and food hygiene as well as HACCP and risk management. In addition to this, modules for USPH and IPM are readily available for cruise ship personnel.

First Aid Training

Safety, Security & First Aid

In order to provide your personnel with a suitable training for a possible emergency on board we offer first aid courses as well as the following trainings in compliance with STCW Convention as amended: Basic Safety Training (according to chapter A-VI/1), Crowd and Crisis (according to chapter V/2), and Security Awareness Training for all Seafarers and for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (according to chapter VI/6, Section A-VI/6).

Nautic-Technical training material

Beside standardized nautic-technical basic modules, our training material also contains in-depth knowledge on nautical regulations and mechanical features of your river cruise vessel. As a plus, your personnel may enhance and practice their skills by using our in-house simulator.
